    Stay. Upon arrival, I was charged for two rooms despite only having one reservation. The room itself was decent, but the billing issue was frustrating and overshadowed the positives of my stay.

    King room with couch. Marvellous location not far from historical Mount Dora, new shopping areas as well and supermarkets. Excellent service from the courteous, fast staff members.

    It was clean & close to Mount Dora town which we wanted to explore - maybe 10 minutes drive max.

    Part of it was under renovation & a temporary eating area was being used for breakfast - it wasn't all that nice & had no TV.

    The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

    Immaculately clean hotel with a very very helpful staff and a great breakfast. Comfortable location, within walking distance of everywhere.

    The Pillows where awful lumpy and the Mattress was not comfortable. The Hallway was dirty and there was contraction going on behind a tarp.My Daughter and her Husband had the Room across the Hall from us and the TV was not working. Because of this the wanted a Discount, but the Front Staff told them that my Credit Card was already charged for there Room at the Reservation time. Which was not true. The Charge did not show on my Credit Card Statement until the day we checked out.
